Lost 6 lbs

meWow, I lost 6lbs on my first week doing The Every Other Day Diet by Jon Benson. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I really love it. 

The surprising thing is that I love how it makes me feel physically more than I love the weight loss

Since strating the diet I no longer have acid reflux, a run down feeling, and trouble sleeping. 

I don’t know if you will have these results, but I did. Besides this I have found that just knowing I get a feed meal every other day empowers me to skip it for extra weight loss

My weight loss days go something like this: 

  • I get out of bed and do 9 minutes of exercise and then makle a really good protien shake from flax seed, whey, fruit and calorieless sweetner.
  • About mid-morning I take a snack of almonds.
  • At noon I eat a couple of apples and do a two minute exercise routien.
  • Then I have a sensible protien based dinner and snack on veggies. 

Every Other Day I eat a lunch of what ever I want. Usually pizza or burgers and fries. By the way Fuddrucker’s has the best onion rings.
