First you need to go to The 7 Minute Diet website where you can access The 7 Minute Diet Calculator from the menu bar or you can just go directly to The 7 Minute Diet Calculator here. Once you are at The 7 Minute Diet Calculator you will see a screen like this.

First you enter your gender. Since men and women burn calories at a different rate the calculator needs to know your gender in order to get its estimates correct. You should enter your gender using the radio buttons near the middle of the page as shown below.

The next step is to enter your weight. You should take your weight in the morning before you drink or eat anything. Your weight makes up an important part of the calculations the calculator is going to make. It helps the calculator calculate your BMR or bas metabolic rate. This is the number of calories you have to consume just to maintain the weight you are at. Entr your weight in the box shown below.

Make sure you select either pounds or kilos so that it matches the numbers you entered into the box. Use the radio buttons as shown below.

Step 3 is to enter your height in feet and inches. This helps Calculator determine your body fat percentage.
