We set out to find the best diet on the market and you know what? It turns out that there is no best diet, in fact there are many ‘best’ diets out there.
You see, every person is different and has become overweight for different reasons. Some my be emotional eaters while others have just slipped into unhealthy eating habits.
On top of this, each individual has his or her own way of attacking their personal problems and the fact that you are reading this indicates you are ready to attack your weight problem. So instead of one best diet, we found 3 best diets that are unique and approach weight loss from 3 different perspectives.
As we approached our task we set out the following rules. The diet needed to be inexpensive and It had to work when one of our staff tried it for a week. It had to be safe to buy over the internet and have a return policy or guarantee that was enforceable.
Next we tried to find diets that were not traditional, low calorie affairs and we wanted three diets that had very different approaches to weight loss in order to accommodate many different people in there various life styles and personalities.
Lastly, we did not want diets that depended on buying meals, but instead taught people how to lose weight with what they could buy from a grocery store.
